Adjunct Assistant Professor




Matthew Byers is a licensed and practicing architect in Minneapolis. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from Yale University's School of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in physics from Colorado College. Through his travels, studies and practice, Matthew has developed a keen interest in the relationship between structure and landscape and the act of dwelling in and movement through these two realms.  He recently helped found a new multidisciplinary design firm, PLAAD, and has worked for Architectural Alliance, 20 Below Studio and James Dayton Design
